Participants in Privileged Password Management

ID-Archive works by periodically randomizing privileged passwords and disclosing them to people and programs when appropriate:

Systems	Receive new, random passwords daily.
IT Users	Sign into ID-Archive to retrieve passwords they need for their work.
Services	Are automatically updated with a new password value after each successful password change.
Applications	Use the ID-Archive API instead of embedded passwords.
Security officers	Define policies for both password changes and disclosure.
Auditors	Monitor password disclosure activity.
