A desktop support analyst signs into ID-Archive™, prior to
starting on an operating system upgrade. First: the user"s
Active Directory login ID.

Next, the user"s Active Directory password. Note that different
users might be prompted to provide different credentials (example:
a SecurID token for users who need to work on more sensitive
assets).

This is the basic menu seen by ID-Archive users.
|
|
The desktop support analyst must search for the device on which
he"s about to work.
|
|
Finally, he can display the administrator ID and password on the
device in question.
